Our model home tours are an excellent way to experience different layouts firsthand, and our team can guide you through the selection process.

The base price includes the standard features and finishes for that floor plan. This typically includes the structure, standard flooring, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and appliances. Our Design Studio allows you to personalize your home with upgraded options and features at additional cost.

On average, our homes take 6-8 months to build from ground breaking to completion. This timeline can vary based on the complexity of the floor plan, any customizations, weather conditions, and material availability. We provide a detailed construction timeline at the beginning of the process so you know what to expect.

While many of our floor plans can be built in multiple communities, some communities have architectural guidelines or lot restrictions that limit available plans. Each community page indicates which floor plans are approved for that location. We'll help match you with communities that offer your preferred floor plan.
