A streamlined experience to create your dream home

Pre-Design Consultation

Before your Design Studio appointment, we'll provide a pre-design questionnaire to help you identify your style preferences and priorities. This preparation ensures your time in the Design Studio is productive and focused.

Design Studio Appointment

During your dedicated 4-6 hour appointment, our design consultant will guide you through all available options for your new home. You'll select everything from flooring and countertops to lighting fixtures and hardware.

Final Review

After your initial selections, we'll schedule a follow-up appointment to review your choices, make any final adjustments, and confirm all your selections before they're incorporated into your home's construction.

Installation & Inspection

As your home is built, our designers coordinate with the construction team to ensure all your selections are properly installed. You'll have opportunities to see your selections come to life during scheduled walkthroughs.

Design Studio appointments are typically scheduled after you've signed your contract but before construction begins. The appointment process includes:

Tour of the Design Studio and explanation of all available options

Follow-up appointment to review and finalize all selections
