Each community page includes information about the school district and nearby schools. We provide links to school websites and ratings where available. Our sales team can also provide additional information about educational options in each area, including public, private, and charter schools.
Most of our communities have HOAs that maintain common areas and amenities. HOA fees vary by community and are detailed on each community page. These fees typically cover maintenance of community amenities, common areas, and in some cases, front yard landscaping. Our sales team can provide specific information about HOA fees, rules, and restrictions for each community.
Each community has a collection of approved floor plans that complement the neighborhood's aesthetic and meet lot size requirements. These available plans are listed on each community page. In some cases, plans can be modified to suit specific lots. Our team will help you find communities that offer your preferred floor plan or help you select the perfect plan for your chosen community.
On average, our homes take 6-8 months to build from ground breaking to completion. This timeline can vary based on the complexity of the floor plan, any customizations, weather conditions, and material availability. We provide a detailed construction timeline at the beginning of the process so you know what to expect at each stage.
